Teddy
Male
Born in 2019 (estimate)
Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, wary but growing in confidence
Teddy was rescued along with his brother Tommy from a factory, after they were moved there from a container yard. He arrived at the shelter in January 2024. He was very timid and afraid to be touched and would hide behind his friend Tommy.
Being shy he needs a home who has the patience to nurture him & build his confidence. He was taken out of the shelter and spent one month in a home with a trainer to help him learn to walk on leash. Now he enjoys to get outside with Tommy and enjoy the outdoors.
He was seen happy to play with other dogs in the trainers home, which always helps shy dogs like Teddy come out of their shell and build confidence. He enjoys walks with his brother Tommy.
Teddy is growing in confidence and trust, and in time he will feel more comfortable with people and the world. A home with another friendly pet or even with Tommy and who has the time to bond would be ideal.

HDB Approved
Temperament: Sweet, quietly confident, brave
Tulip was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving her a renewed chance to find a loving forever home.
Raised in the shelter since a puppy, Tulip was rescued with her 7 siblings, 3 found homes but she is part of the bright and affectionate “4T sisters still looking for theirs.
With her wide, expressive eyes, Tulip may look a little worried at first glance—but don’t be fooled! She is the bravest and most confident walker among her sisters, despite being the most petite in size!
While she may occasionally be startled by sudden loud noises, Tulip recovers quickly to continue her walk calmly, making her a great companion for outings. Like her siblings, Tulip is treat-motivated and eager to learn, making her responsive to positive training.
Sparkle
Female
Born in 2025
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, gentle, curious
Sparkle arrived at the shelter in July 2025 together with her sister Twinkle as 2–3-month-old puppies. Rescued under the TNR programme, born in the Sembawang area.
Sparkle has grown in confidence since learning to walk on leash and is keen to engage with people, especially when treats are around. She is enthusiastic to get outside for walks and having fun in the grass run where she can sniff, explore and run around.
We would like to find her a home that has the time and are present to raise a young dog in an environment where she can build a bond, confidence and her personality can blossom.
An ideal home could be one with another friendly pet which always helps a young dog to learn and socialise, a home together with her sister or a home where she will get all the attention and positive training, she needs as a growing young girl.
Fish
Male
Born in 2019 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Confident, curious, friendly
Fish used to live as a stray at Penjuru container yard with a pack of dogs until it closed down, he then settled himself in a factory.
Fish was moved around three different locations as he started to be wary of people he didn’t know and became a bit reactive. He shows respect to people he knows well and who are clear with him.
He is back at the shelter since January 2024 and has shown to be friendly and takes treats nicely. He can be easily harnessed and walked on leash which he enjoys getting out to sniff and explore.
He is a confident boy who would do well in a home who are confident with him and can guide him in learning the ropes of living in a home and urban environment.
Bella
Female
Born in 2014 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Calm, easy-going & independent
Bella was taken in by ALL (Animal Lovers League) in 2020, then in March 2026, when ALL closed down, Bella was among 29 dogs who were taken in by OSCAS, giving her a fresh chance to find the home she deserves.
This lovely girl carries herself with a calm, independent charm and a delightfully nonchalant attitude toward the world around her. She gets along with other dogs well.
Despite being blind in one eye, she’s a steady, easy-going, and a wonderful companion for relaxed strolls. She was always brought out to events due to her easiness.
She lived in a home but was surrendered during COVID times when the family moved countries. She’s ready to warm up to new people who are patient and kind—and once she does, you’ll discover just how sweet she truly is. She will fill a home with love.
Yunca
Female
Born in 2018 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Smart, playful and talkative
Since discovering her confidence on leash and learning how to interact with other dogs, Yunca has truly blossomed into a whole new version of herself. She’s a curious & spirited girl embrace the world around her.
Yunca loves getting outside. The moment she senses it’s time for a walk, she bursts into a twirl of excitement, eager to head out and explore.
She arrived back in 2019, wary but now learning to trust people. She’s a little wary of strangers at first. But just needs a patient, understanding home where she can build trust at her own pace. For those willing to invest the time, the reward —once she feels safe, Yunca reveals her affectionate side, happily leaning in for chin tickles!
Yunca is a quirky little firecracker with a big personality. She would thrive in a home with a calm, well-balanced doggy companion who can help provide reassurance.
She’s best suited to experienced adopters who can read her cues, respect her boundaries, and continue building her confidence in a gentle, positive way. In the right home, Yunca will continue to grow into a loyal, loving companion.
Since gaining the confidence to walk on leash and interact with other dogs, Yunca has totally shaken off her former anxious self.
Rocco
Male
Born in 2020
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Happy, friendly and wary
Rocco was found collapsed outside a factory in Teck Park with a severely fractured hind leg that required amputation to save him.
Rocco has adapted remarkably well. He may be missing a leg, but he certainly isn’t missing his spirit. He arrived at the shelter in mid-July 2023, wary of his surroundings unsure, but very curious.
This pint-sized boy is friendly and inquisitive with people, often wanting to play and be part of what’s going on. However, he needs adopters who can read his body language well and understand when he may be feeling uncertain.
Building trust with Rocco is incredibly rewarding, but requires patience & sensitivity. He is currently walking on leash, though he still shows some reactivity toward leash handling. Because he is three-legged, we would like him to transition to walking comfortably in a harness.
With continued positive training, Rocco will blossom in a home committed to bonding with him & supporting his progress. A calm, child-free home would be best.
Rosemary
Female
Born in 2016 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, sweet and a little anxious
Rosemary has transformed from an extremely timid, nervous girl to a dog that loves to go for daily walks especially with other dogs.
When she first came to us in 2019, Rosemary was scared of everything and wouldn’t leave her bed. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, she now has trusted handlers and enjoys regular walks.
Rosemary is still shy around new faces, and requires potential adopters who will spend time getting to know. Sadly in May 2025 she was found to have cancer and part of her jaw was removed.
Rosemary spent time in two foster homes with other dogs which really helped to bring her out of her shell and show her playful side. She would benefit more being in a home with another dog(s).
Truffle
Female

Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Loving, affectionate and shy
Truffle was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving her a renewed chance to find a forever home.
Raised in the shelter since a puppy, Truffle was rescued with her 7 siblings, 3 who found homes. She is part of the affectionate & lively “4T sisters” still awaiting homes. Treats are a great way to win her over & build her trust.
Among her sisters, Truffle is the shyest. She can be easily frightened during walks when startled. So a calm, experienced home who can provide reassurance is best.
Despite her fears, Truffle has a very loving heart. With people she trusts, she becomes incredibly affectionate, happily bouncing with joy when greeting familiar faces.
Randy
Male
Born in 2016
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Energetic, playful & socialable
Randy, the brother of Rocket, was one of 29 dogs taken in by us in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down, giving him a renewed chance to find a home.
Born in 2016, Randy is a goofy, big-hearted boy who truly comes alive once he’s familiar with you. Beneath his playful antics is an affectionate companion who thrives on attention, connection—and yes, even a good “pep talk”! Randy is full of personality and never short on energy.
He’s often seen trotting along the corridor, climbing in and out of his kennel, looking for something to do. He absolutely loves socialising and being in the middle of the action. While Randy is friendly and outgoing with people, he can be selective with other dogs and has been known to pick the occasional quarrel.
With proper management and guidance, this can be navigated successfully. Despite his high energy levels, Randy is well-mannered on leash and enjoys his time outside, sniffing and exploring on walks, making him a great companion for someone who can match his lively spirit. A cheerful character looking for a home he can have some fun with.
Randy would do best with an experienced adopter who appreciates his exuberant personality and can provide structure, engagement, and plenty of interaction. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining companion, Randy might just be your perfect match.
Bailey
Male
Born in 2020
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Wary, gentle and playful
Bailey was caught under the TNR program and still with us since November 2021, while his kennel mates found homes, he is still waiting for a special home.
A gentle, timid soul but when you gain his trust, a playful, sweet, treat-loving dog emerges. Having fun in the safety of the grass runs with friends is what he loves the most and puts him at ease.
Bailey is walking on leash but is easily spooked so needs a home who understands what helps him. A home with a garden, friendly dogs, empathetic pawrents without young children would be ideal.
Bailey has spent time in a volunteer’s home with other dogs & a teenager, but they found he had Babesia Gibsoni so couldn’t move to NZ when the family relocated. He has always shared his kennel with other dogs too.
Vodka
Male

Temperament: Sociable, affectionate, curious
Vodka was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down, giving him a new chance to find a loving forever home.
A Japanese Spitz, Vodka first arrived at ALL in 2021 after being surrendered when a couple divorced and left him with no home. Over time he began to understand that gentle hands and kindness are part of his world.
Vodka enjoys companionship and especially loves car rides, which he finds comforting and enjoyable. While he may take some time to fully warm up to new people, he has steadily built trust with familiar handlers.
He is an affectionate soul who simply needs patience, consistency, and understanding to feel secure. He would do best in a calm home with an experienced adopter who can give him the time he needs to bond.
Magic
Male

Temperament: Friendly, affectionate and sweet
Magic and his brother Happy were rescued from the Sungei Tengah area, where they were both found tired and hungry.
Magic is a healthy guy who is always happy to meet people and eat treats! He is very affectionate and will put his head in your lap or paw you to make sure that you pet him and not the other dogs.
Magic is easy to put a harness on and is happy to go outside. He has come along way from being unwilling to walk outside and now he is more at ease and enjoys his walks a lot more!
Magic like his name is a special boy with a big soft heart that would make a wonderful addition to a family as loving as he.
Sweetie
Female
Born in 2018 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Friendly, cute and active
Sweetie and her brother Cheeky came to the shelter in December 2024 after being rescued from a factory that kept them caged and chained up for their entire young lives.
They were rescued by a stray feeder who would feed them on weekends or long holidays when the factory was closed, and would get nothing to eat.
They were very skinny and always hungry as never given enough food. When Sweetie came to OSCAS she was friendly and learned to walk on leash easily. Relieved to be free and able to explore the world finally, which she enjoys on her walks with her brother, Cheeky.
We hope to find Sweetie a home where she can enjoy the freedom to be a dog after all the years caged up. And as a pair who are bonded we need to find a home together with her brother Cheeky.
Milo
Male
Born in 2020
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Playful, affectionate & selective
Milo grew up in a fish farm in Lim Chu Kang after his owner found him in the drain as a puppy. However, sadly he was kept as a guard dog and was found roaming with a heavy broken metal chain on him in early 2024.
His owner abandoned him when the farm closed so he was taken into our care in Jan 2025. Milo has blossomed into a smart, handsome boy who is excited to go outside for walks as it means he gets undivided attention and the chance to enjoy the outdoors. A home who can exercise him well would benefit him a lot!
He craves human attention and his affection shines whenever he gets the chance to interact with people he knows, but he does not like everyone & has reacted to some. So it is important to build trust and form a bond then his playful puppy spirit will roll over for belly rubs. Kids are probably not his cup of tea.
Tora
Female
Born in 2017
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Playful, cheeky and smart
Tora was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving her a renewed chance to find a loving home. Raised in the shelter since a puppy, Tora was rescued with her 7 siblings, 3 found homes. Now the affectionate & bright 4 remaining T sisters await to find their own homes too.
Playful and cheeky, Tora is known for her quirky habit of draping her paws over her sisters—an endearing (if slightly annoying) trait that has made her the occasional target of sibling teasing. Despite this, she remains spirited and full of character.
Tora walks well on leash, sometimes startled by sudden loud noises but with a calm & reassuring handler, she settles & continues on her way. Like the rest of the clever “4T sisters,” Tora is intelligent—maybe a little too smart for her own good! So she will need a home that can keep up with her curious and crafty nature.
Brutus

Temperament: Affectionate, friendly & charming
As a puppy, Brutus was found abandoned in a box. Despite his difficult start, he has grown into an incredibly lovable dog with a heart full of affection and joy. Brutus is known for his bubbly, friendly personality and wonderful manners
He was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving him a fresh chance to find the loving, forever home he truly deserves. He charms everyone he meets, sitting patiently waiting to greet his walker.
He was once in a home but sadly, due to his adopter having to vacate her home he was returned to the shelter. Brutus has already proven that he can thrive in a home environment. With his gentle nature, intelligence, and loyal personality, he’s more than ready, all he needs is a stable, loving home; someone who will choose him for life.
Brutus has a special way of connecting with people, gently placing his paw on you, making your worries melt away. He is on weekly subcuts for his kidneys & on a special kidney diet & supplements too.
Ebony
Female
Born in 2022 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Sweet, gentle and curious
Ebony arrived at the shelter in May 2025 after being trapped by SPCA. Her daughter Jemma was rescued earlier and arrived in February 2025.
Ebony arrived in a poor overall condition suffering from severe skin issues, lung infection & tested positive for heartworm. All these issues have been treated & she has made great progress & improvement to heal.
Ebony’s skin has improved dramatically & her fur has grown back grey making her look older than she is. Since recovering she is feeling so much more comfortable & has come out of her shell.
Now that Ebony’s health has improved she is becoming more curious, brave and eager to step outside for a walk which is helping her confidence too. She is a very sweet and gentle girl and we’d love to find her a home that matches her sweetness.
Kenzo
Male
Born in 2021
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, curious and cautious
Kenzo and his companion Snow White once took refuge at a fish farm in Lim Chu Kang, where the kind owners allowed them to stay as they caused no trouble. When the farm relocated and the land was set for redevelopment, the dogs were left with nowhere to go. Kenzo came to the shelter in January 2025 and is now hoping for a patient and loving home where he can feel safe and secure.
Kenzo is a shy, gentle boy who is slowly coming out of his shell, and his playful personality is beginning to shine through. He eagerly looks forward to his daily walks and can’t help but spin little excited circles in his kennel, tail wagging, as he waits for his turn.
He is curious and friendly with other dogs and is often the one to initiate play in the dog run. Kenzo plays politely and gently, never too rough, showing what a true gentleman he is. When he sits, he does so with a poised, upright posture that perfectly highlights just how handsome he is.
Kenzo will need plenty of time to warm up to new people, but for someone willing to offer patience and understanding, bonding with him will be an incredibly rewarding journey. He would be best suited to a home without children but one with less people, even another friendly dog who can help him blossom in confidence.
Paris (madamemoiselle)
Female
Born in 2025
Not Sterilized
Not HDB Approved
Temperament: Shy, wary and cautious
Paris was rescued together with her sister, Milan and they arrived at the shelter in October 2025 when they were around 3 months old. They’ve been safe and cared for as they begin their journey toward brighter futures. Their father, Zurich, was also rescued, and is at the shelter looking for his home too.
Paris arrived in good health and still has plenty of growing to do—and judging by her big paws, will likely to grow into a medium to large dog. She is currently very shy, and will need patient support to learn how to walk on leash and navigate the world with confidence. She is enjoying running around in the runs with her sister Milan.
With time, kindness, and positive guidance, we’re sure she will blossom beautifully. Being a young shy pup, she needs a home where someone is around to spend time with her, nurture her, and help her feel safe and secure. A calm, committed family willing to guide her through her early development will give Paris the best chance to grow into a confident, happy dog. A friendly confident dog in the home would help her too!
Levi
Male
Born in 2016 (estimated)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Wary, curious, gaining trust
Levi is a senior poodle with a gentle soul and a quietly curious nature. He’s a little wary at first, especially because he is blind in his left eye, so he needs to be approached calmly and thoughtfully to help him feel safe and avoid being startled.
He arrived to the shelter in January 2026. Once Levi has time to get to know you, he’s happy to accept affection in the places he’s comfortable with—he’ll let you know his preferences as trust builds. Patience and kindness go a long way with this sweet boy.
Levi enjoys heading outside for relaxed walks, where he loves to sniff around and take in the world at his own pace. He would thrive in a calm, compassionate home with people who understand senior dogs and are willing to give him the time and reassurance he needs, as he adjusts to a new environment as a partially blind dog.
If you’re looking to offer a loving, understanding home to a dog who just needs a little extra care, Levi could be the perfect little companion. A home without young children would be best.

Affectionately known as one of the “4T sisters” who still are looking for their homes, Tanya stands out—both in personality & size! It’s often joked that she may have helped herself to a little extra food growing up, but whatever the reason, she carries herself with confidence.
Tanya is highly food-motivated and eager to learn, making her very trainable. She already knows simple commands like “sit” and enjoys engaging with her handlers through treats and positive reinforcement. On walks, Tanya can sometimes get startled but with an experienced walker, she is manageable & continues to improve with guidance.

Temperament: Happy, loyal and playful
Blackie first arrived at the shelter under Animal Lovers League (ALL) back in 2012, when she was just 1–2 years old. When ALL closed down in March 2026 she was among 29 dogs who were taken in by OSCAS, giving her a fresh chance to find the home she deserves.
Now in her golden years, she still shines with the same spark and spirit that made her special from the start. Don’t let her age fool you—Blackie is still full of life! She loves to prance around and does the cutest little tippy taps when she’s happy, showing off her playful, youthful energy. She is on a special diet for Kidneys (Hill’s KD).
In her younger days, Blackie had a feisty streak, but over time she has mellowed into a more relaxed senior. She can be selective with both people and other animals, but once she chooses you, her bond is unwavering.
Blackie is incredibly loyal and devoted—if you become her person, you’ll have a best friend for life. She would thrive in a home that understands her personality and appreciates the deep, special connection she offers.
Junnie

HDB Approved
Temperament: confident, affectionate, selective
Junnie is a cross-miniature schnauzer, one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving him a renewed chance to find a loving home. Junnie was sadly mistreated in his previous home, so is sensitive to touch in certain areas but he has slowly learned that people can be kind.
Today, he’s grown into a much more confident and affectionate dog. He loves belly rubs and being close to his humans. He’s become a little clingy in the nicest way; always wanting to stay near you and enjoy your presence without being overly dependent.
A smart boy, he understands basic commands; sit and wait patiently for his food and will happily give you his paw when asked. One thing that never fails to excite him is walks. The moment he sees a leash, his whole face lights up with joy. He absolutely loves going out and is especially fascinated by birds, often trying to chase them.
Junnie may need a bit of understanding for his sensitive spots, but in return, he offers so much love and companionship. He’s ready for a home where he can continue to feel safe, cared for, and truly belong.
Riley

HDB Approved
Temperament: lively, cautious & protective
Riley was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving her a renewed chance to find a forever home. She is a bright, energetic girl with a lively & loyal personality but can be shy and cautious when meeting new people.
Those who take the time to earn her trust are rewarded with a confident, affectionate companion who forms deep bonds with her people. She is an active dog who enjoys getting out and about, exploring the world, and following her nose. She’d be best in a home as the only pet.
One of her favourite pastimes is foraging for grass and weeds on her walks, so she'll love an adopter who appreciates letting her enjoy these simple pleasures. Because Riley forms such strong attachments, she can become protective of the people she trusts.
She will do best with an experienced, patient adopter who understands the importance of setting clear boundaries. She is on a hypoallergenic diet to help keep her healthy. For someone willing to invest the time to get to know her, you'll discover a devoted, fun-loving companion.

Temperament: sweet, gentle & shy
Summer arrived at the shelter in April 2026 alongside her companion, Midnight. They had been living with their rescuers, but when circumstances changed they could no longer stay there. They came into our care to give them the opportunity to find loving homes where they can thrive &enjoy regular walks and companionship.
When Summer first arrived, she was very timid and spent much of her time curled up quietly in a corner. Since beginning to walk on leash, she has started to come out of her shell and build confidence each day. These walks are helping her discover the world at her own pace and show more of her gentle & friendly personality. Summer has a beautiful, fluffy coat that will require regular grooming to keep it looking its best.
She is a sweet-natured, gentle girl who is comfortable around people and, with continued encouragement and routine, is likely to settle well into a caring home. She would do well in a home on her own or even with her companion Midnight. We look forward to see her confidence blossom & find the home to help her shine.

Temperament: Lively, wary and smart
Merritt arrived in Feb 2023 after living on the street, where he was bullied by an existing pack of dogs that also lived there.
Not all humans were nice to him either, despite being a smart & friendly dog when trusts you. Because of his past Merritt can be reactive toward other dogs and strangers.
He is food motivated, knows how to sit and will take treats nicely from people who interact in the right way with him. He enjoys getting outside for a walk but is still wary of dogs & people.
He would be best in an experienced home (with no children) who is willing to take the time to get to know him through visits at the shelter, help build his trust so he can become the best version of himself, and be more relaxed around other dogs and people too.

Mei Mei was hiding as a stray in the forested areas of Changi where she lived with her siblings who all mysteriously died.
When she was rescued, she had a huge maggot wound on her back which she still bears the scars of today. When she arrived in 2017 she would hide from people. Over time her love for food won out and she decided that people were actually ok.
She can still be fearful but is gaining confidence walking outside. Mei Mei is a lively little girl and with the right approach and handling her confidence will blossom further.
She is terrified of thunderstorms and will hide in her crate. She needs a loving, reassuring home that gives her time and space. Mei Mei has a sassy side to her and is more engaging inside than outdoors but will need time to build a bond and her confidence will grow.

When the nursery wanted the dogs out, he came back to us. Skipper is a sweet boy at heart, he just needs time to learn to trust humans, fortunately treats can win him over!
Skipper took longer to walk on leash and just started in April 2024. He needs an adopter who will take the time to develop a bond, build his confidence and make him feel safe in the world.

Canto arrived in good health. He is still wary of people so won’t take treats directly from you but will eat when you give him space. He will need time to build trust.
Canto is walking on leash which we hope will help to continue to build his confidence by making him feel safe, loved and reassured. A home who can spend time bonding with him and offer him kind reassurance with the patience to help him blossom.
Zuko
Male
Born in 2023 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Engaging, Playful and selective
Zuko was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving him a renewed chance to find a loving forever home.
He first arrived at ALL’s shelter in 2023 and quickly stood out for his striking good looks, which have earned him quite a solid fan base among volunteers and visitors alike.
Zuko has a playful, engaging personality and enjoys interaction and enrichment. However, like many intelligent dogs, he has his own preferences and occasional sensitivities. These “pet peeves” can be successfully managed and improved with consistent, positive reinforcement and patient guidance.
He can be selective with handlers, taking time to build trust and comfort with new people is key. When a bond is there, Zuko is more responsive & willing to engage.
Zuko would do best with an experienced and understanding adopter who can provide structure, clear communication, and reward-based training to help him thrive. He is not suited to a home with children.
With the right person, Zuko has great potential to continue growing into a well-balanced and rewarding companion. He’d thrive best as the only dog in the home!
Diesel
Male
Born in 2015 (Estimate)
Sterilized
HDB Approved
Temperament: Smart, curious and reactive
Diesel was rescued after spending his life chained up in a car workshop, isolated from the world & deprived of the care every dog deserves.
Fed a vegetarian diet and on the verge of being dumped back onto the streets, Diesel was thankfully brought to safety in May 2022 before his situation became even more tragic.
Unsurprisingly, after such a difficult start, Diesel can be reactive and nervous. He’s still learning that people can be kind and that the world isn’t such a scary place. But he has made good progress—he walks nicely on leash and truly enjoys getting outside to sniff and explore.
With those he has learned to trust, Diesel shows a softer side. He can be affectionate and enjoys engaging with toys for a bit of playful fun. Beneath his uncertainty is a dog who simply hasn’t yet had the guidance and stability he needs.
With patience, consistency, and expert guidance, we believe Diesel has the potential to grow in confidence and learn how to feel safe in the world around him.
Egglette

Temperament: Shy, wary and building confidence
Egglette was trying to survive as a stray by searching for food and shelter in the canteen and factories around Shipyard Road.
Sadly she was not welcomed in these areas, and was chased away by stick-wielding workers. Naturally they frightened her, so she spent time hiding under trucks and trees to get away from them.
She arrived at the shelter in August 2023 with some skin issues due to the conditions she had to survive in. We have been able to get these skin problems treated and now she looks much better and has made a full recovery.
Egglette is understandably shy around humans but is opening up, treats help! She is walking on leash and needs a nurturing quiet home who has the patience, gentleness and positive encouragement to help her thrive.

Temperament: Friendly, happy, enthusiastic
Happy and his brother Magic were rescued from the Sungei Tengah area, where they were both found tired and hungry.
When Happy arrived at the shelter in May 2023, he tested positive for tick fever (ehrlichia) which has been treated - but otherwise he is in good health. He lives up his name and is always happy.
The shelter environment can make Happy nervous. He is happy to wear a harness, while at first it was a difficult time for him walking outside, he is more at ease.
Happy loves attention and would thrive in a home where he’s the centre of it and feels safe. He also has kidney issues that will need ongoing management.

Temperament: Shy, curious and gentle
Zanna spent her whole life surviving around a factory area in Jalan Buroh, where she was known as an independent street dog.
Over time, she was no longer wanted her there, and was frequently chased away, so building trust in people has understandably taken time. In February 2023, she came into our care, withdrawn, wary, & overwhelmed by the sudden change and unfamiliar faces.
The shelter environment was a big adjustment, and Zanna initially kept to herself. But with patience, kindness, and gentle guidance, she has gradually learned that people can be trusted. She loves the company of other dogs and gained confidence initially when she had a steady canine companion, as she is not treat motivated.
She enjoys playing with friends who engage her and has slowly found the courage to walk on leash. Her confidence has grown so much and she is now calmly and is happily enjoying solo walks, taking her time to sniff and explore — a wonderful sign of just how much more relaxed and confident she’s become. Zanna has a beautiful fluffy coat that will need regular grooming.
We are working with her to help her feel comfortable with brushing, so consistent, gentle care will help her flourish even more. Sweet, shy, and full of potential, Zanna is ready to blossom in a calm, loving home where patience, understanding, and even canine companionship would help her thrive.

Temperament: Shy, sweet and gentle
Leah was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving her a renewed chance to find a forever home.
She arrived at ALL as a puppy. Shy by nature, Leah takes time to feel comfortable around new people & unfamiliar situations. On walks, she may initially show hesitation and stall when feeling unsure, especially with new handlers.
She walks best with her kennel mate Brutus. A home with a friendly confident dog would help her a lot. And a home who can offer gentle reassurance as she builds trust at her own pace will help her the most.
It can take time for Leah to truly warm up, but once she does, her softer side begins to shine. She will quietly seek affection. With patience, consistency, and understanding, Leah has the potential to blossom in a home.

Temperament: Friendly, sensitive, gentle
Ginger came to the shelter in March 2024 along with Tina, both were very anxious and still taking time to feel at ease with people. They share a kennel togehter.
Ginger is slowly but steadily gaining confidence to come out of her shell and trust the volunteers to explore outdoors. She is a gentle dog and just needs time to build a bond and trust you.
When she trusts you she will let you put on the harness and trots out for a walk, even though she can get scared easily, if she has confidence in you this helps her also gain confidence.
Ginger allows the volunteers she trusts to give her a bath and pats, so with the right people and patience, Ginger will blossom into a loving furry companion. A quiet nurturing home to help her blossom would be ideal.

Ting Ting gets overjoyed to see humans she knows, wagging her tail furiously upon seeing people enter the kennel. A polite, gentle girl, she will patiently wait her turn for people to notice her.
She is opening up to show her bubbly personality and enjoys leisurely strolls taking time to appreciate the world around her. Currently on homestay.

Becky grew up living in a container yard with the constant movement of heavy vehicles her whole life. She was found coughing and having difficulty breathing so was rescued and came to the shelter in June 2024.
Her having difficulty breathing was probably a result of the dusty polluted environment she was living in causing inflammation in her lungs.
She has undergone treatment for this and has made a full recovery while at the shelter. Becky is a very sweet girl who loves affection and to be in the company of humans. She absolutely loves going outside for walks to take a leisurely stroll.
She would make a very sweet, easy going family member. We hope Becky can find a home where she can hang out with the company of her human family and enjoy her senior years in a loving environment she deserves.

Paige was found loitering along the busy roads of Neo Tiew in bad shape with one of her eyes infected, filled with pus and suffering inflamed skin & lots of fur loss. Huge trucks sped past while she waited for food, so for her own safety she was rescued.
She arrived at the shelter in January 2025 and turned out to be a silly goofball who longs for human attention. She loves toys and will go around the kennel to sneakily take other dogs' toys. A little peep into her unit will show her smiling back at you, with a toy in her paws.
She loves playing with humans and will complain if she sees you playing with other dogs. Paige also loves food and is not fussy! She may need caution around other dogs because of this and her longing for sole attention. She walks well on leash and with so much love to give will definitely be a happy addition to a family.

Ajax joined us at the shelter in November 2025 after being captured in the Seltar region alongside his companion, Cola. Ajax is a large, well-built boy who, even while living as a stray, had clearly been cared for by kind feeders.
From the moment he arrived, he won over our volunteers with his handsome looks, calm demeanour, and affectionate personality. He is a friendly, people-oriented dog who enjoys human attention, communicates well his needs and is a good listener too so reads people well.

Brownie was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving her a renewed chance to find a forever home. She was a senior when she was surrendered by her owner in 2018, through no fault of her own.

While Brownie loves people, she would prefer to be the only pet in the household where she can soak up her family’s love & attention. One of her best qualities is how beautifully she walks on leash. These days, she prefers slower strolls, as her hind legs aren't as strong.
She still enjoys getting out to explore & spend time with people. Brownie is looking for comfort, companionship, and a family who will cherish her for the rest of her days. In return, she'll offer quiet loyalty, gentle companionship, and all the love a senior dog has to give.

When Midnight first arrived, he was very timid spending much of his time curled up quietly in a corner with Summer. Since beginning to walk on leash he is slowing building confidence. These walks we hope will help him more and more to feel safe in the world, bring out that playfulness we can see inside and continue to build confidence. He has a gorgeous fluffy coat and foxy tail that will require regular grooming to keep it at its best.
A sweet-natured, gentle boy who is comfortable around people and, with continued encouragement and routine, will settle into a caring home. He would do well in a home on his own or even with his companion Summer, who they currently share a kennel together. We can't wait to see his confidence blossom with the right family by his side.

Pokka is shy with new people, but is treat motivated and responds well to positive reassurance. She enjoys the company of other dogs, so we think the right friend in a home could help her.

Bright and clever, Tiny is quite the little mastermind. He has a knack for unlocking gates and occasionally letting his friends out—turning an ordinary shelter day into a full-on “party”.
Tiny is friendly with other dogs and absolutely loves to play. He’s energetic and spirited, always ready for fun and interaction.
On walks, Tiny can be enthusiastic with the tendency to pull on the leash, so he would do best with a confident, positive handler who can guide him with consistency and structure.

Panda took longer to come out of his shell, quietly observing from a distance, choosing security over exploration. With time, patience, & being treat motivated his confidence has slowly blossomed. He is walking on leash and learning that new experiences can be safe.
Each small step forward is a big achievement for this sensitive boy. Walking alongside his kennel mates has helped him build trust and courage, and he would do better in a home with another calm, confident dog to continue guiding him.
He will need a gentle & patient adopter who can continue building his confidence with positive reinforcement. Best suited in a quiet home with patience and time.

They were very skinny and always hungry. Cheeky was chained up with a very short chain forced to eat and poop/pee in the same spot. This meant he had no choice but to sleep in his own pee and poop with ants around as he had no freedom to move.

Tina allows volunteers she trusts to pat and harness her. With the right handling she is walking with more and more confidence outside and getting used to all the sights and sounds. She will continue to blossom with the right exposure to new things.
Tina is treat motivated but won’t take the treats if she is too anxious. On walks given the time to observe and go at her own pace she will continue to grow in confidence. A quieter environment will help with her training. A home willing to spend time to bond, and help her feel safe, loved and reassured will make all the difference.
Clint

Temperament: Wary, curious and energetic
Clint is one of the dogs that was rescued from deplorable conditions in Lim Chu Kang in January 2022. Clint had no food or water at his former location, for an extended period of time. As a result, he has permanent damage to his liver and will need to be on a renal diet for the rest of his life. But it is a manageable condition.
Clint came to us severely underweight—little more than a skeleton. With consistent meals and proper veterinary care, he has steadily gained weight and is much healthier. Despite all he’s endured, he is a happy boy who greets people with joyful little jumps.
When startled, Clint can become reactive & may nip out of fear. He initially walked well, but has become wary outside & spooks easily so his walks are short to help him feel safe. He is treat motivated which helps! He needs an experienced, patient adopter to build his confidence and trust, in an adult-only home.
Adik

Temperament: Shy, curious, building confidence
Adik was rescued from the Jalan Buroh factory area where he survived as a stray with his sister Maggie. They arrived at the shelter in March 2023. Unlike his sister Maggie, who found a home within a few months, Adik is more shy.
He is curious & will take treats from you - a good sign that he’s open to engage with people and his trust & confidence is growing. Having a thick double coat this will stay beautiful with lots of brushes and care. He would do well in a home with another dog.
After over two years at the shelter he is now venturing outside and walking on leash, gaining confidence day by day. It helps him to walk with other dogs which he enjoys. He takes his time on walks and is now sniffing more which is a good sign that he is becoming less afraid and he loves to get outside & explore.
Adik is a very sweet and gentle soul who would thrive in a home that can offer the same. He has come a long way in blossoming into the dog he is today and in the right home he will continue to blossom.

Temperament: Friendly, affectionate and engaging
Handsome Lele arrived at the shelter in August 2025 after living in a foster home with another dog, but they could no longer care for Lele.
He is paralysed in his back legs from an injury he suffered as a puppy, so he gets around in a wheelchair and he absolutely loves getting out for short walks and spending time with people and other dogs.
He has lost the ability to urinate so has to be expressed at least three times a day, especially first thing in the morning when his bladder is full. So having a strict routine helps him a lot. He would settle easily into a home.
When he came to us the x-rays showed narrowing of disc space and severe arthritis in both hips, so he should not be over exercised. Despite Lele’s physical disability he is a cheerful, very friendly, sweet boy who just needs very special care.

Temperament: Friendly, gentle and curious
Cola arrived at the shelter in December 2025 after being captured in the Seltar region alongside her companion, Ajax. Although the experience was difficult and upsetting, Cola made it safely to us and received veterinary treatment for Babesia gibsoni. She has shown great resilience throughout and is now ready to begin the next chapter of her life.
Cola is a big, solid girl who was clearly cared for by kind feeders while living as a stray. Her gentle manners and trusting nature reflect the love she experienced before coming to the shelter. She settled in easily displaying her warm, affectionate, and friendly nature..
She is comfortable being petted, which made it easy to introduce her to wearing a harness. Cola is walking nicely on leash. She can be a little spooked by passing traffic, such as motorcycles, so she would benefit from patient guidance as her confidence continues to grow.
Cola is a friendly, social girl who gets along well with both people and other dogs, making her a great candidate for a home with existing pets. She is gentle, sweet-natured, and adaptable—an easy dog to welcome into a family who can offer her kindness, security, and ongoing care. She loves to stretch out on the grass.

Temperament: Happy, gentle and curious
Clover is a shy, sensitive buy happy boy who is learning that the world can be a safe and kind place. He arrived at the shelter in June 2025 with his companion, Canto, after being rescued from the Sarimbun area, where many dogs were left shut out and forced to roam homeless and hungry.
Physically, Clover came in healthy, though on the leaner side. Emotionally, he was understandably cautious and wary of people but his confidence has grown and he has made great progress. He is growing comfortable taking treats directly from gentle hands, and the biggest breakthrough has been learning to walk on leash.
Since discovering the joy of walks, Clover has truly blossomed. Outside the shelter environment, he reveals a brighter, more carefree side of himself—walking with a high, wagging tail and an eager curiosity about the world & reluctantly will head back in, after happily soaking up his time outdoors. With continued guidance & positive experiences, his confidence will keep growing in a home where he can get more walks which he loves the most!

Rocket is a laid-back gentleman who values his space and prefers a calm, predictable environment. He may take a little longer to warm up to new faces, but with patience, his quiet charm begins to shine through. He has a hypothyroidism—manageable with proper care & routine.
He is well-loved by volunteers, not just for his handsome looks but also for his signature “megawatt” grin that has captured many hearts over the years. Rocket has had a difficult past with other dogs, having been bullied when he was younger. As a result, he tends to prefer his own space and is selective about canine company.
Rocket would do best in a quiet home with a patient adopter who understands his aloof way of showing affection. Once comfortable, Rocket forms strong bonds and will show his love and loyalty in his own special way.

Temperament: well-mannered, easy-going & loving
Sammy was one of 29 dogs taken in by OSCAS in March 2026, when ALL (Animal Lovers League) closed down—giving him a renewed chance to find a loving home. She was found with her young siblings in a forested area in Punggol, left to fend for themselves. Despite a rough start in life, she has grown into a gentle and affectionate dog.
Like her brother Sunny, Sammy was once adopted. However, due to marital issues, she was let out of the house and left on her own. She was found roaming around a market area, and after being posted on social media, her rescuer recognized her & rescued her once again.
Now, Sammy shares the same fate as her brother—both are waiting patiently for a true forever home. Sammy is sweet, loving, and enjoys both human affection and the company of other dogs. All she needs now is a family who will choose her for life and give her the safe, stable home she truly deserves.
Both Sammy & Sunny’s previous homes were not found by OSCAS. We are committed to ensuring that their next homes are with responsible adopters who will provide the lifelong care & love as cherished members of the family.

Unfortunately, Champ slipped out of her leash during a walk and went missing. Months later, she was found in a basketball court on a rainy day near an HDB estate. Concerned residents secured her and once again she was rescued and placed into a shelter this time.
Champ is a sensitive soul with a heart of gold. She may take some time to warm up, but with patience, she begins to trust and feel safe. She has a gentle nature— she enjoys your presence but also respects your space, quietly checking in on you in her own sweet way.
She enjoys her walks, especially taking her time to sniff the grass and explore her surroundings. When Champ was rescued, she was already living with Alopecia X, a skin condition that will need to be managed. A resilient & loving girl who will blossom in the right devoted home.
