Teddy

  • Male

  • Born in 2019 (estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, wary but growing in confidence

Teddy was rescued along with his brother Tommy from a factory, after they were moved there from a container yard. He arrived at the shelter in January 2024. He was very timid and afraid to be touched and would hide behind his friend Tommy.

Being shy he needs a home who has the patience to nurture him & build his confidence. He was taken out of the shelter and spent one month in a home with a trainer to help him to at least learn to walk on leash.

He was seen happy to play with other dogs in the trainers home, which always helps shy dogs like Teddy come out of their shell and build confidence. He enjoys walks with his brother Tommy.

Teddy is growing in confidence and trust, and in time he will feel more comfortable with people and the world. He loves to zoom around with Tommy in the run. A home with another friendly pet or even with Tommy and who has the time to bond would be ideal.

Sam Bao

  • Female

  • Born in 2015 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, curious, building trust

Sam Bao has lived at the shelter alongside her kennel friend Mei Mei for many years and only learnt to walk on leash in 2023.

She is very shy, but still a happy and curious girl. Being food motivated has helped us to encourage her to warm up to people and to venture out beyond her safety zone.

Sam Bao is not completely comfortable being petted, so she needs time to build trust with people and a respectful approach to successfully bring her out of her shell. She loves to get outside for a walk and enjoys a zoom in the grass runs.

Sam Bao tolerates dogs well, but needs a home with people who have the patience and willingness to build a bond with. Now that she is walking outside her confidence is growing.

Sparkle

  • Female

  • Born in 2025

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, gentle, curious

Sparkle arrived at the shelter in July 2025 together with her sister Twinkle as 2–3-month-old puppies.

They were rescued under the TNR programme as strays born in the Sembawang area. Sparkle is a little braver than her sister and tries to engage and will take treats from your hand. She is growing in confidence on walks outside and having fun in the grass run.

We would like to find them a home that has the time and are present to raise a puppy in an environment where they can build a bond, confidence and their personalities can blossom.

Sparkle is walking on leash which is an important part of building her confidence.  An ideal home could be one with another friendly pet which always helps a puppy to learn and socialise, a home together or a home where they will get all the attention and positive training, they need as a growing pup.

Fish

  • Male

  • Born in 2019 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Confident, curious, friendly

Fish used to live as a stray at Penjuru container yard with a pack of dogs until it closed down, he then settled himself in a factory.

Fish was moved around three different locations as he started to be wary of people he didn’t know and became a bit reactive. He shows respect to people he knows well and who are clear with him.

He is back at the shelter since January 2024 and has shown to be friendly and takes treats nicely. He can be easily harnessed and walked on leash which he enjoys getting out to sniff and explore.

He is a confident boy who would do well in a home who are confident with him and can guide him in learning the ropes of living in a home and urban environment.

Caramel

  • Female

  • Born in 2016 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, energetic and bubbly

Caramel is a bubbly, friendly girl who seeks human interaction and love. She has lived in a home however she was not taken care of well.

Luckily, she was rescued from this situation of neglect, and came to live with us in August 2023. We hope to find her a home where she will get the attention she craves for.

Caramel loves people and seeks affection.  She is a friendly, happy and an enthusiastic girl.  She is always excited to get out for a walk and walks confidently on leash, enjoying to sniff and explore but also keeps a nice pace too.

She would be happy in a home with or without other pets too!

Yunca

  • Female

  • Born in 2018 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Smart, playful and talkative

Since gaining the confidence to walk on leash and interact with other dogs, Yunca has totally shaken off her former anxious self.

She loves to get outside with a twirl of excitement to race out and enjoy a walk. She arrived in 2019, is still wary of strangers, so would require time to warm up to you but once you know how to approach her she will welcome chin tickles and butt massages!

This quirky little firecracker would do well in a home with a calm doggy companion and experienced people can who take the time to understand what makes her feel safe and comfortable.

She can be vocal when excited, so a tolerant, good listener is important too!

Rocco

  • Male

  • Born in 2020

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Happy, friendly and wary

Rocco was found collapsed outside a factory in Teck Park, unable to move because of a severely fractured hind leg. The injury was so extensive that amputation was the only option to save him.

Rocco has adapted remarkably well. He may be missing a leg, but he certainly isn’t missing his spirit. He arrived at the shelter in mid-July 2023, wary of his surroundings unsure, but very curious.

This pint-sized boy is friendly and inquisitive with people, often wanting to play and be part of what’s going on. However, he needs adopters who can read his body language well and understand when he may be feeling uncertain. Building trust with Rocco is incredibly rewarding, but requires patience & sensitivity.

He is currently walking on leash, though he still shows some reactivity toward leash handling. Because he is three-legged, we would like him to transition to walking comfortably in a harness, which will provide him with better balance and support.

With continued positive training, Rocco will truly blossom in a home committed to bonding with him and supporting his progress. A calm, child-free home that offers understanding would be best.

Rosemary

  • Female

  • Born in 2016 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, sweet and a little anxious

Rosemary has transformed from an extremely timid, nervous girl to a dog that loves to go for daily walks especially with other dogs.

When she first came to us in 2019, Rosemary was scared of everything and wouldn’t leave her bed. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, she now has trusted handlers and enjoys regular walks.

Rosemary is still shy around new faces, and requires potential adopters who will spend time getting to know. Sadly in May 2025 she was found to have cancer and part of her jaw was removed.

Rosemary spent time in two foster homes with other dogs which really helped to bring her out of her shell and show her playful side. She would benefit more being in a home with another dog(s).

Racer

  • Male

  • Born in 2008 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Energetic, outgoing and confident

Racer is a confident, playful and happy dog who loved hanging out with his best friend Ebal, who sadly passed in March 2025.

Motivated by food, Racer is a clever boy who loves people so we think that he will be able to settle in to a loving family easily, being a much older dog, of course his health could change suddenly.

Racer is affectionate, smart and very sweet. He can be shy around new faces, but once knows and trusts you, will be an easy going and loving family member.

He is a friendly boy, very resilient and easy to manage. Would make a wonderful couch companion and would be more than happy to keep you company if you’re cooking!

George

  • Male

  • Born in 2011 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Energetic, affectionate and smart

George has been part of the shelter family since he was a young dog, and now, is in his in his golden years with severe arthritis.

He always had enjoyed spending time outdoors, though his walks are now leisurely and slow as he manages arthritis. Short, calm strolls are perfect for him—giving him the chance to sniff the air, explore at his own speed, and simply enjoy the world around him.

George still lights up with his big, heart-melting smile whenever he sees his favorite people. While he may not have the boundless energy of his youth, he enjoys gentle attention, soft pets, and quiet companionship. His affection shines most with people he trusts, settling by your side.

George can be a little shy when meeting someone new, but with patience and calm reassurance, he warms up. As a senior, he would thrive in a peaceful home that offers comfort, kindness, and a slower pace of life. A loving adopter who understands the joys of sharing quiet, gentle moments will find in George a companion who treasures every bit of attention and affection he receives.

We would love for George to have the chance to spend his golden years in the comfort of a loving home, where he can receive undivided care and attention. He deserves a family who is ready to embrace him fully, providing gentle support for his arthritis, calm companionship, and plenty of cozy moments. A home that can offer his remaining years surrounded by kindness and affection.

Bailey

  • Male

  • Born in 2020

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Wary, gentle and playful

Bailey was caught under the TNR program and still with us since November 2021 and looking for a special home.

A gentle, timid soul but when you gain his trust, a playful, sweet, treat-loving dog emerges. Having fun in the safety of the grass runs with friends is what he loves the most and puts him at ease.

Bailey is walking on leash but is easily spooked so needs a home who understands what helps him. A home with a garden, friendly dogs, empathetic pawrents without young children would be ideal.

Bailey has spent time in a volunteer’s home with other dogs & a teenager, but they found he had Babesia Gibsoni so couldn’t move to NZ when the family relocated.

Nara

  • Female

  • Born in 2018

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Curious, active, wary

Little Nara was rescued from the street and came to us via AVS. When she arrived in December 2022 she had already had pups.

Nara is still getting comfortable with the idea of human touch, as well as the world beyond the shelter. She is learning to walk on leash and enjoying it when out with another dog.

We’ve seen her become lively when there aren’t any humans around - that’s when she loves to interact with other dogs too and run around more.

She is a sweet little girl, who we think will do well in a home with another dog who interacts well with her playful side when it comes out and help her adjust and grow in confidence. On homestay.

Magic

  • Male

  • Born in 2019 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, affectionate and sweet

Magic and his brother Happy were rescued from the Sungei Tengah area, where they were both found tired and hungry.

Magic is a healthy guy who is always happy to meet people and eat treats! He is very affectionate and will put his head in your lap or paw you to make sure that you pet him and not the other dogs.

Magic is easy to put a harness on and is happy to go outside. He has come along way from being unwilling to walk outside and now he is more at ease and enjoys his walks a lot more!

Magic like his name is a special boy with a big soft heart that would make a wonderful addition to a family as loving as he.

Sweetie

  • Female

  • Born in 2018 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, cute and active

Sweetie and her brother Cheeky came to the shelter in December 2024 after being rescued from a factory that kept them caged and chained up for their entire young lives.

They were rescued by a stray feeder who would feed them on weekends or long holidays when the factory was closed, and would get nothing to eat.

They were very skinny and always hungry as never given enough food. When Sweetie came to OSCAS she was friendly and learned to walk on leash easily.  Relieved to be free and able to explore the world finally, which she enjoys on her walks with her brother, Cheeky.

We hope to find Sweetie a home where she can enjoy the freedom to be a dog after all the years caged up. And as a pair who are bonded we need to find a home together with her brother Cheeky.

Milo

  • Male

  • Born in 2020

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Playful, affectionate & selective

Milo grew up in a fish farm in Lim Chu Kang after his owner found him in the drain as a puppy. However, sadly he was kept as a guard dog and was found roaming with a heavy broken metal chain on him in early 2024.

His owner abandoned him when the farm closed so he was taken into our care in Jan 2025. Milo has blossomed into a smart, handsome boy who is excited to go outside for walks as it means he gets undivided attention and the chance to enjoy the outdoors. A home who can exercise him well would benefit him a lot!

He craves human attention and his affection shines whenever he gets the chance to interact with people he knows, but he does not like everyone & has reacted to some. So it is important to build trust and form a bond then his playful puppy spirit will roll over for belly rubs. Kids are probably not his cup of tea.

Poppy

  • Female

  • Born in 2015

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Affectionate, friendly and sweet

Poppy used to live with her sister (Patches) and friends in a factory in Lim Chu Kang. After the factory moved out, the dogs were all left behind with no food or water. Some dogs were found with injuries but both sisters were extremely lucky to have avoided any injuries when they arrived at the shelter in January 2025.

Poppy has a unique spotty black-white coat which reminds us of Dalmatians. She might sometimes get a little bit shy when meets someone new, but she warms up in no time and will even start whining for attention after she gets to know you.

Poppy is extremely loyal and there is nothing more she loves than returned affection. Because of this, she sometimes gets jealous if she has to share attention. Poppy walks well on leash and loves her daily walks. This sweet and loyal girl will suit a family who can give her all the attention she needs.

Reese

  • Female

  • Born in 2021

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Gentle, shy and affectionate

Reese and her best friend Ronda used to stay in a factory in Lim Chu Kang where the workers took care of them. When the factory was ordered by the government to move out for land development, they were sadly left behind with no food and water.

Reese arrived at the shelter in January 2025 and is a gentle, shy but human-friendly girl. She may be afraid of you at first, but with enough patience, she rewards you by showing you her goofy and loving side once she is more comfortable.

A food-motivated girl, Reese eats well and will happily hop up to you with her dancing tail if you have her favourite foods. Her sassy foxy tail is her signature expressive feature. She enjoys playtime with Ronda, who she shares a kennel with, and with humans she knows she’ll break out into a goofy dance when overjoyed.

Ebony

  • Female

  • Born in 2022 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Sweet, gentle and curious

Ebony arrived at the shelter in May 2025 after being trapped by SPCA.  Her daughter Jemma was rescued earlier and arrived in February 2025.

Ebony arrived in a poor overall condition suffering from severe skin issues, lung infection & tested positive for heartworm. All these issues have been treated & she has made great progress & improvement to heal.

Ebony’s skin has improved dramatically & her fur has grown back grey making her look older than she is.  Since recovering she is feeling so much more comfortable & has come out of her shell.

Now that Ebony’s health has improved she is becoming more curious, brave and eager to step outside for a walk which is helping her confidence too. She is a very sweet and gentle girl and we’d love to find her a home that matches her sweetness.

Kenzo

  • Male

  • Born in 2021

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, curious and cautious

Kenzo and his companion Snow White once took refuge at a fish farm in Lim Chu Kang, where the kind owners allowed them to stay as they caused no trouble. When the farm relocated and the land was set for redevelopment, the dogs were left with nowhere to go. Kenzo came to the shelter in January 2025 and is now hoping for a patient and loving home where he can feel safe and secure.

Kenzo is a shy, gentle boy who is slowly coming out of his shell, and his playful personality is beginning to shine through. He eagerly looks forward to his daily walks and can’t help but spin little excited circles in his kennel, tail wagging, as he waits for his turn.

He is curious and friendly with other dogs and is often the one to initiate play in the dog run. Kenzo plays politely and gently, never too rough, showing what a true gentleman he is. When he sits, he does so with a poised, upright posture that perfectly highlights just how handsome he is.

Kenzo will need a bit of time to warm up to new people, but for someone willing to offer patience and understanding, bonding with him will be an incredibly rewarding journey. Watching Kenzo gain confidence and blossom into the wonderful dog he’s meant to be is a joy he’s ready to share with his future family.

Paris

  • Female

  • Born in 2025

  • Not Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, wary and cautious

Paris was rescued together with her sister, Milan and they arrived at the shelter in October 2025 when they were around 3 months old. They’ve been safe and cared for as they begin their journey toward brighter futures. Their father, Zurich, was also rescued, and is at the shelter looking for his home too.

Paris arrived in good health and still has plenty of growing to do—and judging by her big paws, will likely to grow into a medium to large dog. She is currently very shy, and will need patient support to learn how to walk on leash and navigate the world with confidence.

With time, kindness, and positive guidance, we’re sure she will blossom beautifully. Being a young shy pup, she needs a home where someone is around to spend time with her, nurture her, and help her feel safe and secure. A calm, committed family willing to guide her through her early development will give Paris the best chance to grow into a confident, happy dog. A friendly confident dog in the home would help her too!

Levi

  • Male

  • Born in 2016 (estimated)

    Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Wary, curious, gaining trust

Levi is a senior poodle with a gentle soul and a quietly curious nature. He’s a little wary at first, especially because he is blind in his right eye, so he needs to be approached calmly and thoughtfully to help him feel safe and avoid being startled.

He arrived to the shelter in January 2026. Once Levi has time to get to know you, he’s happy to accept affection in the places he’s comfortable with—he’ll let you know his preferences as trust builds. Patience and kindness go a long way with this sweet boy.

Levi enjoys heading outside for relaxed walks, where he loves to sniff around and take in the world at his own pace. He would thrive in a calm, compassionate home with people who understand senior dogs and are willing to give him the time and reassurance he needs.

If you’re looking to offer a loving, understanding home to a dog who just needs a little extra care, Levi could be the perfect little companion. A home without young children would be best.

Kiko

  • Male

  • Born in 2025 (Dec estimated)

  • Not Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Gentle, shy and curious

Born on the street, Kiko came to us in February 2026 after being rescued with the rest of his siblings (a litter of 3 males and 2 females) from a drain in an unsafe area. They were estimated to be around 3 months old when they arrived at the shelter.

Kiko is a sweet, playful 4-month-old puppy who still has a lot to learn about the world. Like most puppies his age, he’s full of energy, still teething, and needs a home that will guide him through these important early months of development.

Kiko is still waiting for his final vaccination, so he isn’t able to go for walks in public places just yet. For now, he enjoys indoor play, enrichment toys, and spending time with people. Raising a puppy is a big commitment, and we’re looking for a home that can give Kiko the love, time, and consistency he needs to thrive.

He will need toilet training, learning to walk on a leash, positive reinforcement & socialisation. A home where he is not left alone for long periods, puppies require plenty of attention & guidance.

Twinkle

  • Female

  • Born in 2025

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, gentle and curious

Twinkle arrived at the shelter in July 2025 together with her sister Sparkle as 2–3-month-old puppies. They were rescued under the TNR programme as strays born in the Sembawang area. She enjoys to get out of her kennel and play which is important for learning!

Raising a puppy requires a lot more time & patience so we are looking for a home where people are present to focus on and raise a puppy, build a bond and help to grow in confidence, especially through managing the fear stages of a puppy’s development.

Twinkle is walking on leash which is an important part of building her confidence.  Learning to walk with other friendly and confident dogs has and will help her a lot and being able to have fun!

An ideal home could be one with another friendly pet which always helps a puppy to learn and socialise, a home together with her sister Sparkle, or a home where she will get all the undivided attention and positive training, she needs as a growing pup.

Merritt

  • Male

  • Born in 2019

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Lively, wary and smart

Merritt arrived in Feb 2023 after living on the street, where he was bullied by an existing pack of dogs that also lived there.

Not all humans were nice to him either, despite being a smart and friendly dog when trusts you which takes time. Because of his past Merritt can be reactive toward other dogs and strangers.

He is food motivated, knows how to sit and will take treats nicely from people who interact in the right way with him. He enjoys getting outside for a walk but is still wary of dogs & people.

He would be best in an experienced home (with no children) who is willing to take the time to get to know him through visits at the shelter, help build his trust so he can become the best version of himself, and be more relaxed around other dogs and people too.

Mei Mei

  • Female

  • Born in 2015 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Food motivated, lively, nervous

Mei Mei was hiding as a stray in the forested areas of Changi where she lived with her siblings who all mysteriously died.

When she was rescued, she had a huge maggot wound on her back which she still bears the scars of today. When she arrived in 2017 she would hide from people. Over time her love for food won out and she decided that people were actually ok.

She can still be fearful but is gaining confidence walking outside. Mei Mei is a lively little girl and with the right approach and handling her confidence will blossom further.

She is terrified of thunderstorms and will hide in her crate. She needs a loving, reassuring home that gives her time and space. Mei Mei has a sassy side to her and is more engaging inside than outdoors but will need time to build a bond and her confidence will grow.

Skipper

  • Male

  • Born in 2019 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Sweet, wary, curious

Skipper came to the shelter via the TNRM programme in August 2022, along with Panda and Skye who all share a kennel together.

It has taken time for Skipper to trust people, but he will engage with you more willingly when treats are offered. In the early days he escaped and but moved into a nursery nearby with other dogs.

When the nursery wanted the dogs out, he came back to us. Skipper is a sweet boy at heart, he just needs time to learn to trust humans, fortunately treats can win him over!

Skipper took longer to walk on leash and just started in April 2024. He needs an adopter who will take the time to develop a bond, build his confidence and make him feel safe in the world.

Canto

  • Male

  • Born in 2020 (estimated)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, wary, nervous

Canto together with Clover arrived at the shelter in June 2025 after being trapped from the Sarimbun area.

They were shut off from their old habitat to be left roaming homeless and in hunger so were trapped and now stay together at the shelter and we hope in time to help him blossom.

He arrived in good health. He is still wary of people so won’t take treats directly from you but will eat when you give him space.  He will need time to build trust.

Canto is walking on leash which we hope will help to build his confidence in time. He walks better with his buddy Clover. A home who can offer him kind reassurance will help him feel safe & loved.

Pia

  • Female

  • Born in 2016 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Nervous, timid and sweet

When Pia came into our care, she was fresh off the streets and had a big litter of puppies with her.

Completely overwhelmed, it took Pia a little while to settle in and feel comfortable around us. But thankfully, she’s made great progress and is feeling more confident around people.

Now able to walk outdoors with our volunteers and the other dogs, Pia is a completely different dog now! She is confident with people she knows and trusts and enjoys the company of our other dogs.

Pia is still quiet and shy, so she would need an experienced owner who can offer her a calm home environment. She would do well in a home with another friendly dog too. Currently on homestay.

Diesel

  • Male

  • Born in 2015 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Smart, curious and reactive

Diesel was rescued after spending his life chained up in a car workshop, isolated from the world & deprived of the care every dog deserves.

Fed a vegetarian diet and on the verge of being dumped back onto the streets, Diesel was thankfully brought to safety in May 2022 before his situation became even more tragic.

Unsurprisingly, after such a difficult start, Diesel can be reactive and nervous. He’s still learning that people can be kind and that the world isn’t such a scary place. But he has made good progress—he walks nicely on leash and truly enjoys getting outside to sniff and explore.

With those he has learned to trust, Diesel shows a softer side. He can be affectionate and enjoys engaging with toys for a bit of playful fun. Beneath his uncertainty is a dog who simply hasn’t yet had the guidance and stability he needs.

With patience, consistency, and expert guidance, we believe Diesel has the potential to grow in confidence and learn how to feel safe in the world around him.

Egglette

  • Female

  • Born in 2016 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, wary and building confidence

Egglette was trying to survive as a stray by searching for food and shelter in the canteen and factories around Shipyard Road.

Sadly she was not welcomed in these areas, and was chased away by stick-wielding workers. Naturally they frightened her, so she spent time hiding under trucks and trees to get away from them.

She arrived at the shelter in August 2023 with some skin issues due to the conditions she had to survive in. We have been able to get these skin problems treated and now she looks much better and has made a full recovery.

Egglette is understandably shy around humans but is opening up, treats help! She is walking on leash and needs a nurturing home.

Happy

  • Male

  • Born in 2019 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, happy, enthusiastic

Happy and his brother Magic were rescued from the Sungei Tengah area, where they were both found tired and hungry.

When Happy arrived at the shelter in May 2023, he tested positive for tick fever (ehrlichia) which has been treated - but otherwise he is in good health. He lives up his name and is always happy.

The shelter environment can make Happy nervous. He is happy to wear a harness, and while at first it was a difficult time for him walking outside, he has improved and is more at ease.

Happy craves the attention of people & would love a home where he can be at the centre of attention & be reassured that the world is safe. He does have kidney issues that will need to be managed.

Zanna

  • Female

  • Born in 2017 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, curious and gentle

Zanna spent her whole life surviving around a factory area in Jalan Buroh, where she was known as an independent street dog.

Over time, she was no longer wanted her there, and was frequently chased away, so building trust in people has understandably taken time. In February 2023, she came into our care, withdrawn, wary, & overwhelmed by the sudden change and unfamiliar faces.

The shelter environment was a big adjustment, and Zanna initially kept to herself. But with patience, kindness, and gentle guidance, she has gradually learned that people can be trusted. She loves the company of other dogs and gained confidence initially when she had a steady canine companion, as she is not treat motivated.

She enjoys playing with friends who engage her and has slowly found the courage to walk on leash. Her confidence has grown so much of which walks have had tremendous support in building. Zanna is now calmly and is happily enjoying solo walks, taking her time to sniff and explore — a wonderful sign of just how much more relaxed and confident she’s become.

Zanna has a beautiful fluffy coat that will need regular grooming. We are working with her to help her feel comfortable with brushing, so consistent, gentle care will help her flourish even more. Sweet, shy, and full of potential, Zanna is ready to blossom in a calm, loving home where patience, understanding, and even canine companionship would help her thrive.

Luby

  • Female

  • Born in 2015 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, sweet and nervous

Luby is a shy girl, who used to be the only dog living at a factory. Although well behaved and friendly, they decided to get rid of her.

The factory called pest control to remove her but thankfully they took her to AVS, and now she is with us. She arrived in October ‘22, and is learning to walk on leash for the very first time in her life.

Luby is still nervous and wary of people, but is slowly gaining confidence. She will take treats from you gently and allow you to pet her, but she’s still getting comfortable with human affection.

Luby needs a home that respects her space so she has the time she needs to gain trust and confidence. She is walking on leash at the shelter, but can be frightened of unexpected occurrences.

Ginger

  • Female

  • Born in 2018

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, sensitive, gentle

Ginger came to the shelter in March 2024 along with Tina, both were very anxious and still taking time to feel at ease with people.

Ginger is slowly but steadily gaining confidence to come out of her shell and trust the volunteers to explore outdoors.  She is a gentle dog and just needs time to build a bond and trust you.

When she trusts you she will let you put on the harness and trots out for a walk, even though she can get scared easily, if she has confidence in you this helps her also gain confidence.

Ginger allows the volunteers she trusts to give her a bath and pats, so with the right people and patience, Ginger will blossom into a loving furry companion.

Ting Ting

  • Female

  • Born in 2015

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Gentle, shy and affectionate

Ting Ting stayed at a bus stop on Lim Chu Kang road. When the factories closed, abandoned dogs came to her bus stop for food.

Being a sweet & timid girl, she was constantly bullied by the other dogs & became withdrawn, spending a lot of her days hiding under a water tank nearby. She has opened up since arriving in Jan 2025.

Ting Ting gets overjoyed to see humans she knows, wagging her tail furiously upon seeing people enter the kennel. A polite, gentle girl, she will patiently wait her turn for people to notice her.

She is opening up to show her bubbly personality and enjoys leisurely strolls taking time to appreciate the world around her.

Becky

  • Female

  • Born in 2014 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, sweet and affectionate

Becky grew up living in a container yard with the constant movement of heavy vehicles her whole life. She was found coughing and having difficulty breathing so was rescued.

When she came to the shelter in June 2024, she was having difficulty breathing which is probably a result of the dusty polluted environment she was living in causing inflammation in her lungs.

She has undergone treatment for this and has made a full recovery while at the shelter.  Becky is a very sweet girl who loves affection and to be in the company of humans. She absolutely loves going outside for walks to take a leisurely stroll. She would make a very sweet, easy going family member.

We hope Becky can find a home where she can hang out with the company of her human family and enjoy her senior years in a clean and loving environment she deserves.

Paige

  • Female

  • Born in 2017

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, silly and communicative

Paige was found loitering along the busy roads of Neo Tiew in bad shape with one of her eyes infected, filled with pus and suffering inflamed skin & lots of fur loss. Huge trucks sped past while she waited for food, so for her own safety she was rescued.

She arrived at the shelter in January 2025 and turned out to be a silly goofball who longs for human attention. She loves toys and will go around the kennel to sneakily take other dogs' toys. A little peep into her unit will show her smiling back at you, with a toy in her paws.

She loves playing with humans and will complain if she sees you playing with other dogs. Paige also loves food and is not fussy! She may need caution around other dogs because of this and her longing for sole attention. She walks well on leash and with so much love to give will definitely be a happy addition to a family.

Snow White

  • Female

  • Born 2019

  • Sterilized

  • HDB approved

  • Temperament:  Sassy, affectionate, princessy

Snow White & Kenzo once took refuge at a fish farm in Lim Chu Kang, where the kind owners allowed them to stay as they caused no trouble. When the farm relocated the dogs were left with nowhere to go, so came to the shelter in January 2025. Now, Snow White is looking for a safe loving home where she can truly belong.

True to her name, Snow White is the fairest of them all — a real little charming princess. This pretty girl has a sassy & expressive personality, dancing around when she’s happy, or crossing her dainty paws giving a classic side-eye when she’s not in the mood.

Once Snow White gets to know you, she is incredibly affectionate and loves being close to her people. She enjoys attention and does best when she feels secure and cherished, forming a strong bond with those she trusts. With patience, guidance, and understanding, she will continue to grow in confidence.

Goldie

  • Male

  • Born in 2019

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Gentle, shy and building confidence

Goldie was a stray in Lim Chu Kang and hung out with a wandering pack of five other dogs along roads with trucks. Most of his pack mates have disappeared but Goldie was lucky to have been rescued.

Goldie is named after his golden fluffy fur coat and handsome looks. Despite being shy, his eyes light up every time he sees food. Being treat-motivated has helped him open up a lot since he arrived at the shelter in December 2023.

He has a gentle nature and learnt to walk on leash however is not getting out much as he sadly was diagnosed with insolinoma, which is caused by maglinant growth/growths in the pancreas. We are doing our best to keep him comfortable but a home who could give him the undivided care he needs would be even more better.

Choya

  • Female

  • Born in 2018 (estimated)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Curious, friendly and affectionate

Choya along with her friend Moo Moo arrived at the shelter in April 2025 after surviving together as a close-knit trio living in construction land for years. There friend Barky sadly passed.

They were always seen sleeping in the rain and under the sun as there was no proper shelter for them. When feeders would leave them food, they were always very hungry, thirsty and soaking wet, especially after rain.

The factory was closing down so approached the feeders to help relocate all three. They came willingly without showing any struggle and once know you show more affection.

Choya is the smaller and has gained confidence on her walks which she enjoys with dog company too.  She had tick fever when arrived which has been treated and is otherwise in the pink of health. She would make a chill and loving family addition.

Ajax

  • Male

  • Born in 2020

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, confident and calm

Ajax joined us at the shelter in November 2025 after being captured in the Seltar region alongside his companion, Cola. Despite the difficult and upsetting circumstances they endured, Ajax arrived safely and immediately showed us what a wonderful dog he is.  Ajax is a large, well-built boy who, even while living as a stray, had clearly been cared for by kind feeders.

From the moment he arrived, he won over our volunteers with his handsome looks, calm demeanour, and affectionate personality. He is a friendly, people-oriented dog who enjoys human attention, communicates well his needs and is a good listener too so reads people well, as he lived around people as a stray.

He allows our volunteers to harness him easily and walks confidently on leash, which would make him an excellent walking companion. He enjoys his walks with his friend Cola. If you are looking for a loyal, friendly, and confident dog with a gentle nature and a big heart, Ajax could be the perfect addition to your family.

This warm and friendly giant would thrive in a home where he can enjoy regular walks, companionship, and the love he so clearly deserves. A second chance at a life in a home filled with love, protection, and care. If you have room for two then his friend Cola would be the ideal addition too!

Milan

  • Female

  • Born in 2025

  • Not Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, curious and getting braver

Milan was rescued together with her sister, Paris and they arrived at the shelter in October 2025 when they were around 3 months old. They’ve been safe and cared for as they begin their journey toward brighter futures. Their father, Zurich, was also rescued, and is at the shelter looking for his home too.

Milan arrived in good health and still has plenty of growing to do—and judging by her big paws, will likely to grow into a medium to large dog. Milan is currently shy but is getting braver and will come to take a sniff out of curiousity. She will need patient support to learn how to walk on leash and build confidence.

With time, kindness, and positive guidance, we’re sure she will blossom beautifully. As a young pup, she needs a home where someone is around to spend time with her, nurture her, and help her feel safe and secure. A calm, committed family willing to guide her through her early development will give Milan the best chance to grow into a confident, happy dog. A friendly confident dog in the home would help her too!

Paula

  • Female

  • Born in 2020 (estimated)

    Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Sweet, gentle and curious

Paula is a gentle, sweet-natured girl who arrived at the shelter in July 2025 together with her friend Tessa, living as strays amidst heavy trailers in a compound. She has a calm, kind presence and quietly steals your heart once you spend a little time with her.

Paula gently takes treats from your hand and is food motivated, which has been a great way to help her build confidence and come out of her shell. As she’s settled in, she’s become comfortable being petted & enjoys calm, reassuring human attention.

She seems to feel most at ease with people rather than other dogs, and would really thrive in a home where she’s the only dog. An environment where she can receive undivided love and attention would be perfect for her. Paula is looking for a patient, loving home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace.

She’s getting better walking on leash and would make a sweet family member where she can enjoy the simple joys of companionship, treats, and gentle affection.

Tiffany

  • Female

  • Born in 2025 (Dec estimated)

  • Not Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Sweet, even-tempered and curious

Born on the street, Tiffany came to us in February 2026 after being rescued with the rest of her siblings (a litter of 3 males and 2 females) from a drain in an unsafe area. They were estimated to be around 3 months old when they arrived at the shelter.

Tiffany is a sweet, playful 4-month-old puppy who still has a lot to learn about the world. Like most puppies her age, she’s full of energy, still teething, and needs a home that will guide her through these important early months of development.

Tiffany is still waiting for her final vaccination, so she isn’t able to go for walks in public places just yet. For now, she enjoys indoor play, enrichment toys, and spending time with people. Raising a puppy is a big commitment, and we’re looking for a home that can give Tiffany the love, time, and consistency she needs to thrive.

She will need toilet training, learning to walk on a leash, positive reinforcement & socialisation. A home where she is not left alone for long periods, puppies require plenty of attention & guidance.

Phoenix

  • Male

  • Born in 2017

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Playful, curious and determined

Phoenix was found as a 2.5-month-old with a severe spinal injury, likely the result of being hit by someone with something and then left to die.  He was found emancipated with open wounds and covered in maggots and eventually lost the use of his hind legs.

After intensive vet care he went in foster care where he got to thrive with other dogs, outings to the beach, therapy and lots of toys to play with. He came back to the shelter in May 2025. Phoenix has spent his life in a wheelchair giving him mobility!

He loves to get outside and his wheelchair has given him the mobility to zoom around with his friends. He loves to be around other dogs, and he loves his toys as friends too!

He wears a nappy because his bladder is a bit weak. Phoenix needs a special home to allow him to enjoy life to the fullest. He is full of life and curious about the world, especially animal shows on TV which he enjoyed a lot when he was in foster care.

Furry Girl

  • Female

  • Born in 2017 (estimated)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, affectionate and sweet

Furry Girl was rescued from a factory area in Sungei Kaduk, the whole area was torn down & she had no safe place to go.

She arrived at the shelter in June 2025 as a sweet, friendly girl and was soon able to be harnessed and walked on leash, and is gaining confidence.

She has done well going on outings, is at ease and friendly with people and other dogs. She has become a good companion walker with dogs who are more skittish.

Being a sweet girl other playful dogs try to engage with her. This easy-going, friendly girl could be good for first-time dog owners and do well in a home with other pets and children too.  She had some skin infection but was able to be bathed and handled easily.

Pokka

  • Female

  • Born in 2020 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Playful, energetic and shy

Pokka is a three-legged girl who lives life to the fullest. She lost her leg in a factory accident, but she carries on happily.

Pokka arrived at the shelter in February 2022. She walks at full pace but this is largely as she is very nervous and easily scared by urban happenings. Having a dog she likes with her can help her confidence. But she requires an experienced handler.

Pokka is shy with new people, but is treat motivated and responds well to positive reassurance. She enjoys the company of other dogs, so we think the right friend in a home could help her.

Being a three legged dog she will require care to ensure she stays strong and stable. Massage and hyrdotherapy could help with this, and keeping her weight controlled too. She would do well in a home with a friendly and chill furry companion to help her settle in and learn from too.

Kino

  • Male

  • Born in 2015 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Active, intelligent and confident

Abandoned by his owner for no reason, Kino is an energetic and friendly guy who loves nothing more than to go for a walk.

Kino is a handsome dog who is treat motivated and very smart. He is easy to train, so we recommend that an active owner adopts him who can help him channel his energy into positive behaviours.

Kino is eager to please and would probably be really good at an activity like agility. He can be shy around new people, but once he knows you he LOVES to show his affection with jumps.

Because Kino is active and energetic, we recommend that he is adopted by a family without children. This is just because he may be too boisterous for young kids.

Penny

  • Female

  • Born in 2017 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Quiet, nervous and timid

Penny is a very sweet girl who is wary of the world. She is making progress, but needs a calm environment to feel confident.

Penny learned to walk on leash at the shelter, and she enjoys to go on daily walks with the other dogs. She is getting used to loud noises and unexpected strangers, and is a gentle soul.

Penny would require time to bond with potential adopters. She would do best in a home where her confidence can be nurtured with lots of patience, positive reassurance and love.

She needs someone who has owned dogs before, someone who can handle her if she gets spooked on a walk. In return, you would have a very loving and loyal soul as your best friend.

Xiao Hei

  • Male

  • Born in 2012 (estimated)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, brave, relaxed

Xiao Hei may be blind, but he has adapted well to this and is such a happy soul. He loves people and is an affectionate fellow.

He shares a kennel with his lifetime pal Bobo, who he lived with previously in a home. Sadly due to sorry circumstances, both dogs were no longer able to stay with their parent and they came to us.

Xiao Hei and BoBo arrived at the shelter around 2019. They are very affectionate, rely on one another for comfort - and for Xiao Hei, Bobo is his guide dog. Xiao Hei’s eyes will need monitoring.

They enjoy their walks together and look forward to getting back for treats. Finding a home together would be ideal and we know would fill it with their bubbly joyfulness! Currently in fostercare.

Panda

  • Male

  • Born in 2018

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Sweet, shy, friendly

Panda arrived at the shelter in August 2022 through the TNRM programme, with Skye (since passed) and Skipper, and they have shared a kennel ever since.

Having likely had very limited positive human interaction before coming into our care, Panda initially found the world overwhelming and preferred the safety and comfort of his bed.

Unlike his kennel mates, Panda took longer to come out of his shell. He would quietly observe from a distance, choosing security over exploration. With time, patience, and being treat motivated his confidence has slowly blossomed. Today, he is walking on leash and learning that new experiences can be safe and even enjoyable.

Each small step forward is a big achievement for this sensitive boy. Walking alongside his kennel mates has helped him build trust and courage, and he would do better in a home with another calm, confident dog to continue guiding him.

He will need a gentle & patient adopter who can continue building his confidence with positive reinforcemt training. He would be best suited to experienced dog owners, in a quiet child-free home.

Denzer

  • Male

  • Born in 2017

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Gentle, timid and building confidence

Denzer arrived at the shelter in March 2024 as a timid, wary soul after being rescued from the busy redeveloped Lim Chu Kang area.

He had a tough time alone as a stray & was bullied by other dogs who would steal his food & chase him away.  But that has all changed and now has doggy friends he enjoys walks with.

He has become more comfortable with human touch and even to be bathed. He has learnt to walk on leash and now loves to get out for walks with his friends which has transformed him into a more confident goofy dog.

He has made great improvement walking outside, given his skittish nature & would thrive in a nurturing home with friendly pets too!

Bobo

  • Female

  • Born in 2013 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Bubbly, Determined, Eager

Bobo arrived at the shelter years ago alongside her lifelong friend, Xiao Hei who is now in foster care, they once shared a home.

Bobo is a delightful mix of lively and laid-back. She gets adorably excited when it’s time for a walk—likely because she patiently waits to relieve herself outside like a good girl.

Once she’s out, she enjoys stretching her legs and taking in the world around her. And looks forward to recieving some treats and attention from the volunteers.

This bubbly, affectionate girl loves human company and will thrive in a caring home where she can share her cheerful spirit and sweet nature.

Moo Moo

  • Female

  • Born in 2018 (estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, easy-going and affectionate

Moo Moo, along with her close companion Choya spent years surviving together as a tight-knit trio on construction land.

Life was harsh—there was no proper shelter, and they were often seen sleeping in the rain or baking under the sun. Feeders would leave food for them, but Moo Moo and her friends were always hungry, thirsty, and soaked after heavy rains.

When the factory in the area began closing down, the feeders reached out for help to relocate the trio. Moo Moo, Choya, and Barky came willingly to the shelter in April 2025, beginning a new chapter in their lives. Moo Moo has a calm and gentle nature and would ideally do best in a home with her close friend Choya.

Upon arrival, Moo Moo was seen limping, likely due to the harsh living conditions she endured. She now receives traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to support her leg and mobility and is able to enjoy leisurely strolls. These walks have become a source of joy for her, allowing her to explore the world safely and at her own pace.

Moo Moo is a resilient, loving dog who has endured so much and now deserves a home where she can continue to recieve care for her legs and enjoy life at a gentle pace. With patience, care, and the comfort of her friends, she will thrive in a nurturing environment where her quiet strength and affectionate nature can shine. She would be happy in a home with her mate Choya too.

Old Mack

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Loyal, brave and independent

Old Mack came to us alone around 2015 and made a dear friend in Stella who he shared a kennel with for many years.

Sadly his best friend Stella passed in 2024 at the shelter with him by her side. They liked to curl up together in their shared kennel and enjoyed going for leisurely walks together.

They reminded us that love and friendship are the best things in the world, so we would have loved to have found them a home together but now it is just Ol Mack

Ol Mack suffers from arthritis but is otherwise in good health. He takes his walks slow and avoiding stairs. A home he can enjoy the comforts in his old age would be a dream for this gentle soul.

Buddy

  • Male

  • Born in 2019 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, confident, sweet

Buddy was handed over to a motor shop as a puppy from an Army base, sadly kept as a chained dog until he was rescued.

He arrived at the shelter in October 2024. He is easy to leash and loves to get out for long walks.  He loves to run free in the grass run and roll over for belly rubs with people he trusts.

He arrived with a clean bill of health and the main care he will need to get used to is being groomed. Before he came to the shelter he was taken to the vet and sedated in order to remove matted fur.

He is selective with some dogs as wasn’t socialised when young, so may be best in a home without dogs although he enjoys walks with his girlfriend, Choya. A home without young children be best.

Tommy

  • Male

  • Born in 2019 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Gentle, shy and curious

Tommy with his brother Teddy were living in a container yard until they were 2 years old then they were moved to a factory.

They were fed by feeders but all the 38 dogs at the factory were told to be moved by AVS so Tommy and Teddy came to OSCAS in February 2024.

Tommy is a big, gentle but shy boy and his confidence & trust in people has grown since he started walking on leash and trust. He loves to get out for a walk with Teddy enjoying a zoom around too!

He arrived in seemingly good health however tested positive for Ehrlichia (a tick-born infection) which has been treated for.

Cheeky

  • Male

  • Born in 2018 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, enthusiastic and cute

Cheeky and his sister Sweetie came to the shelter in December 2024 after being rescued from a factory that kept them caged and chained up for their entire young lives.

They were rescued by a stray feeder who would feed them on weekends or long holidays when the factory was closed, and they’d get nothing to eat. They were very skinny and always hungry.

Cheeky was chained up with a very short chain forced to eat and poop/pee in the same spot. This meant he had no choice but to sleep in his own pee and poop with ants around as he had no freedom to move. He has an eye condition with his left eye, known as dry eye, so needs lifelong medication for this.

Cheeky is walking well and loves to get outside with great enthusiasm after all the years chained up. We are in search of home he can live together with his sister Sweetie.

Tina

  • Female

  • Born in 2018

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Gentle, shy, growing in confidence

Tina came to the shelter in March 2024 along with Ginger, both were very anxious and are still taking time to feel at ease with people. They are walking on leash but cautiously and slowly gaining confidence to come out of their shell.

Tina allows volunteers she trusts to pat and harness her. Unlike her kennel mate Ginger, Tina can get easily spooked outside and will suddenly freeze and sit down if she sees something that makes her anxious (like a vehicle passing by or a stranger).  Tina is treat motivated but won’t take the treats if she is too anxious.

On walks she needs time to observe, calm down and realise the disturbance isn’t a threat and then she will build courage to carry on her walk. A quieter environment will help with her training. She needs a home experienced with a nervous girl like her where she can gain confidence and blossom into a more confident dog.

Clint

  • Male

  • Born in 2016 (Estimate)

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Wary, curious and energetic

Clint is one of the dogs that was rescued from deplorable conditions in Lim Chu Kang in January 2022. Clint had no food or water at his former location, for an extended period of time. As a result, he has permanent damage to his liver and will need to be on a renal diet for the rest of his life. But it is a manageable condition.

Clint came to us severely underweight—little more than a skeleton. With consistent meals and proper veterinary care, he has steadily gained weight and is much healthier. Despite all he’s endured, he is a happy boy who greets people with joyful little jumps.

When startled, Clint can become reactive & may nip out of fear. He initially walked well, but has become wary outside & spooks easily so his walks are short to help him feel safe. He is treat motivated which helps! He needs an experienced, patient adopter to build his confidence and trust, in an adult-only home.

Adik

  • Male

  • Born in 2020

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Shy, curious, building confidence

Adik was rescued from the Jalan Buroh factory area where he survived as a stray with his sister Maggie. They arrived at the shelter in March 2023. Unlike his sister Maggie, who found a home within a few months, Adik is more shy.

He is curious & will take treats from you - a good sign that he’s open to engage with people and his trust & confidence is growing. Having a thick double coat this will stay beautiful with lots of brushes and care. He would do well in a home with another dog.

After over two years at the shelter he is now venturing outside and walking on leash, gaining confidence day by day. It helps him to walk with other dogs which he enjoys. He takes his time on walks and is now sniffing more which is a good sign that he is becoming less afraid and he loves to get outside & explore.

Lele

  • Male

  • Born in 2020

  • Sterilized

  • HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, affectionate and engaging

Handsome Lele arrived at the shelter in August 2025 after living in a foster home with another dog, but they could no longer care for Lele. He would settle easily into a foster or forever home.

He is paralysed in his back legs from an injury he suffered as a puppy, so he gets around in a wheelchair and he absolutely loves getting out for short walks and spending time with people and other dogs.

He has lost the ability to urinate so has to be expressed at least three times a day, especially first thing in the morning when his bladder is full. So having a strict routine helps him a lot.

When he came to us the x-rays showed narrowing of disc space and severe arthritis in both hips, so he should not be over exercised. Despite Lele’s physical disability he is a cheerful, very friendly, sweet boy who just needs very special care.

Cola

  • Female

  • Born in 2018

  • Sterilized

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Friendly, gentle and curious

Cola arrived at the shelter in December 2025 after being captured in the Seltar region alongside her companion, Ajax. Although the experience was difficult and upsetting, Cola made it safely to us and received veterinary treatment for Babesia gibsoni. She has shown great resilience throughout and is now ready to begin the next chapter of her life.

Cola is a big, solid girl who was clearly cared for by kind feeders while living as a stray. Her gentle manners and trusting nature reflect the love she experienced before coming to the shelter. From the start, she settled in easily and showed herself to be warm, affectionate, and friendly with our volunteers.

She is comfortable being petted, which made it easy to introduce her to wearing a harness. Cola is learning to walk nicely on a leash and is making good progress. She can be a little spooked by passing traffic, such as motorcycles, so she would benefit from patient guidance as her confidence continues to grow.

Cola is a friendly, social girl who gets along well with both people and other dogs, making her a great candidate for a home with existing pets. She is gentle, sweet-natured, and adaptable—an easy dog to welcome into a family who can offer her kindness, security, and ongoing care. She loves to stretch out on the grass.

Clover

  • Male

  • Born in 2018

  • Not HDB Approved

  • Temperament: Happy, gentle and building confidence

Clover is a shy, sensitive buy happy boy who is learning that the world can be a safe and kind place. He arrived at the shelter in June 2025 with his companion, Canto, after being rescued from the Sarimbun area, where many dogs were left shut out and forced to roam homeless and hungry.

Physically, Clover came in healthy, though on the leaner side. Emotionally, he was understandably cautious and wary of people but his confidence has grown and he has made great progress. He is growing comfortable taking treats directly from gentle hands, and the biggest breakthrough has been learning to walk on leash.

Since discovering the joy of walks, Clover has truly blossomed. Outside the shelter environment, he reveals a brighter, more carefree side of himself—walking with a high, wagging tail and an eager curiosity about the world & reluctantly will head back in, after happily soaking up his time outdoors. With continued guidance & positive experiences, his confidence will keep growing in a home where he can get more walks which he loves the most!
