Lim Chu Kang Joint Rescue

Update: We have closed our donation appeal for LCK Rescue. To contribute to our general fund, visit our Donate page.

Many of you would have read or heard about the tragic state of the dogs at a boarding kennel in Lim Chu Kang in the last 24 hours.

We have been trying to assist the kennel and the dogs for some time, donating food and encouraging the owner to move the dogs to a safe environment. Sadly, our efforts were not well-received and despite pleas to relevant authorities, the dogs weren't able to be rescued until Friday, 14 January 2022.

What we found with Chained Dog Awareness in Singapore, Action for Singapore Dogs (ASD) and NParks was traumatic and confronting. Together, we rescued 9 dogs, many just skin and bones, and so weak that they are near death. We have taken in 6 of the 9 dogs saved and are doing everything that we can to try and restore their health and give them the love they have been so deprived of.

We are not sure if these dogs will make it as their condition is so bad. They have been neglected for years. We need as much help as we can get for their medical treatment and any other need that arises for them. Please donate generously and share this post with your friends and family to encourage others to help.

These dogs have endured extreme cruelty and even if they do not make it, we want them to have an infinite amount of love, attention and veterinary care. Thank you.
